At BUY FOR DOG, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. At the same time, we follow clear and fair rules to ensure a transparent and safe shopping experience for both sides.
✅ 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for a full refund.

💲 Refund Deductions
To keep our prices competitive and ensure fair handling, the following fees apply:

Transaction Fee: 5% of the item price (payment gateway processing cost, non-refundable).

Restocking Fee: 10% of the item price for approved returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. If a returned item is lost or not received, we cannot issue a refund.
🔄 Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition.

Parts are missing (not due to our error).

The return is requested after the 30-day period but approved as an exception.

You will receive instructions and a unique customer return code.
⚠️ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. -
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, back to your original payment method.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
